Mango Cheesecake
A Delicious Summer Dessert!
Mangos. . . Luscious and Sweet Gems of juiciness, filled with delicious flavors. My mouth is watering! So, what's better than making a delicious dessert with the King of Fruits? This cheesecake is one easy recipe to make and its great to serve in summer parties, parties,especially since they're in season.
This Mango Cheesecake is , first of all, Eggless, and maintains its creamy and fluffiness without the use of egg. It's also a no-bake recipe, meaning you don't need to rely on your oven. This recipe is not time-consuming at all, the cheesecake filling takes the longest time, however assembling the cheesecake takes around 30 mins!
This No-Bake & Eggless Mango Cheesecake is all scrumptious recipe made of 3 layers: The first being a crumbled buttery biscuit, then a cream cheese and greek yogurt filling combined mango puree and finally being topped with more mango on top! I think it's a paradise for Mango lovers, don't you agree?

Ingredients:
Cheesecake Crust:
- 10 Digestive Oat Biscuits
- 1/4 cup of softened butter
Cheesecake filling:
- 1 1/2 cup of Cream Cheese (360 grams)
- 2 cups of Greek Yogurt (400 grams)
- 1 cup of Mango Puree (250 grams)
- 1/2 cup of Honey (125 grams)
Toppings (Optional) :
- 2 mangos ( Cut in pieces/ Pureed)
- Mint Leaves ( to garnish)
Method:
Cheesecake Crust:
- In a blender, blend your biscuits until their texture is like a crumbly powder
- After blending, mix the biscuits with the butter until you get a firm crumb texture
- Get the glasses you want to serve the cheesecake in and firmly layer the glass with the biscuit crumble using a spoon
- Refrigerate the crumble for 10 minutes
Cheesecake Filling:
- Take a mixing bowl/electric mixer and add together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, and mango puree
- Whisk the filling until its soft and smooth, and until stiff peaks form. Make sure to not overmix since the cream cheese might curdle
- Spoon the filling into the cheesecake glass on top of the biscuit crumble
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hours (Can be done after toppings as well!)
Toppings:
- After layering the filling, add a small layer of mango puree, and on top add some chopped mango and/or the fresh mint
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hours
- Enjoy serving this dessert for any summer parties!
