Ever wished you could have a dessert which has health benefits as well? Well you got your wish with this Eggless Banana Bread! This dessert is an all-time favorite in my family because it’s Healthy, Eggless and Delish!
So let’s get cooking!
Ingredients:
3 Mashed Bananas
½ cup of coconut oil
1 cup of sugar
½ cup of milk
1 drop of vanilla extract
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp baking soda
Honey (Optional, but is a healthy sweetener)
Roasted Walnuts (Optional, but gives a good crunch)
Method:
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl, with a fork
Next, add the oil to the bananas and mix well with a whisk or large spoon
Then, add the sugar, milk and the vanilla essence. Make sure you mix in these ingredients well!
Finally add the baking soda and the flour to the banana mixture. (You can also add the optional items or honey and walnuts at this step)
After mixing the batter well, pour the mix into a pie/rectangular pan to bake
Bake the mix for 1 hour
Serve the banana bread and Enjoy!
