This too Shall Pass !!

Life has just paused with this very Long Shelter in Place since March2020... things have really got effected.... but remember to stay positive and active!
But this shall pass soon, Hope is the word we all should hold onto !
Tell yourself everyday " I am strong enough to overcome this", 
" TODAY is the Opportunity to Build the TOMORROW you want "


Well , enjoy this time as a Family bonding time , since we are all so busy with our regular lives so much that we hardly would have enjoyed so much family time like this. Get creative and

Health is something we all should invest in, during this time:))
"Staying Healthy isn't a Goal , its a way of LIVING"

HEALTH is made of . . . 
  •  Happiness-
    • Be Grateful , smile and enjoy your very existence.
  •  Sleep-
    • Go to bed early and rise early, get at least 8 hours of sleep
  •  Exercise-
  • Walk , run or do some of the dance moves, just do it on a regular basis.
  •  Clean Eating-
  • Develop a good habit of eating fresh , green, and homemade food. Introduce fresh veggies & fruits ,nuts and lots of non processed food items in your meal. Enhance your diet with earthly foods.
  •  Water- 
  • Drink at least minimum of 8 glasses / 2 ltr of water everyday.
  •  Meditation-
  • Connect with yourself, if you cant walk outdoors, or go outside, this is your chance to go and explore inside...... connect with "YOU" and meditate and do Yoga and stay energized and active the whole day.
  • Explore-
  • Develop some new hobby or renew your old hobby! Pick an activity to put your mind at ease; puzzles, yoga, coloring / drawing/painting.
  • Cooking-
